Read, retain, and follow all instructions. HEED ALL CAUTIONS.
CAUTION: There are no user serviceable parts inside the PowerCab, refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
CAUTION: Read and heed all warnings and cautions on the rear panel of the PowerCab and heed the triangular symbols which warn of dangerous voltages inside the enclosure and the risk of shock.
CAUTION: Only connect the power cord to an earth grounded AC receptacle in accordance with the voltage and frequency ratings listed under INPUT POWER on the rear panel of this product. The PowerCab should only be used with the supplied power cord with a 3 prong (NEMA 5-15; also known as NEMA 5-15) plug. The ground prong is a safety feature and should not be removed so that the plug can be inserted into a two prong (non-earthed) receptacle as this defeats the grounding (earthing) of the PowerCab. If you are unable to insert the plug into the outlet, hire an electrician to install the correct receptacle.
CAUTION: Only replace the fuse with the same type and rating as indicated on the rear panel. If the fuse blows repeatedly, refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
CAUTION: The heatsink surface on the rear of the PowerCab is hot during operation. Maintain at least 6 inches (15 cm) of unobstructed air space at the rear of the PowerCab to allow for proper ventilation and cooling. Do not block or obstruct free air flow over the heat sink on the rear. If rack mounted, remove the rack enclosure front and rear covers when operating the PowerCab.
CAUTION: To prevent damage, fire or shock hazard, do not expose the PowerCab to rain or moisture.
Cables are a tripping hazard and must be routed out of traffic areas and away from any possible accidental contact
Unplug the power cord before cleaning the unit exterior and only use a damp cloth. Wait until the unit is completely dry before reconnecting it to the power outlet.
The PowerCab should be located away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, or other sources of heat.
Protect the power supply cord from being pinched or abraded.
The PowerCab should only be used with a cart or stand that is recommended by the manufacturer.
The power cord of the PowerCab should be unplugged from the outlet when left unused for a long period of time, or during electrical storms.
If the power cord or the plug has been damaged, or objects have fallen on the PowerCab, or liquid has been spilled onto it, or it has been exposed to rain, or does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance, or has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged it should be serviced by qualified service personnel.
Do not drip or splash liquids, or place liquid filled containers on the unit.
PowerCabs are capable of producing very high sound pressure levels which may cause temporary or permanent hearing damage. Use care when setting volume levels during use.
The speaker is designed for use on a sturdy, level surface. Whenever stacking speaker cabinets do not stack more than two high.
Only PowerCabs which are equipped with castor cups on their top surfaces are to be used underneath a cabinet which is equipped with castors.
Cables are a tripping hazard and must be routed out of traffic areas and away from any possible accidental contact.
Speakers are not waterproof. The cones are made of special high-strength paper. If your speakers get wet, make sure they dry out completely before using the PowerCab again, as failure to do this may damage the speaker
